Commission is a share of the plan amount your client actually pays. It is never worked out on GST, the setup fee or credit top-ups. A bonus is paid once per client, after that client has paid the full setup fee. Earnings depend on the sales you make and are not guaranteed.
What an ETEC+ partner does
ETEC+ gives a business its own AI agents, connected to the apps it already runs on. Partners bring those businesses to us.
Partners are independent contractors, paid by commission only. There is no wage or retainer, and what you earn depends on the sales you make.

Two ways to sell
Run a deal from start to finish, or share it with another partner. The way a deal is shared is decided client by client, so you are not locked into one.
Full cycle
You find the client, run the demo and close the sale yourself.

Normally sent automatically, once the client's payment has cleared.
Setting or closing
Two partners share one deal. The setter finds and qualifies the client and books the demo. The closer runs the demo and closes the sale.

- A$500.00 each, once per client, after that client has paid the full setup fee
ETEC+ reviews and approves split-deal payments before they are sent.

An example: one Ultimax+ client, full cycle
You bring in one client on the Ultimax+ plan and run the deal end to end. They pay the full setup fee and the plan's minimum fee of A$5,000.00 a month.

This is an example, not a forecast or a promise. It assumes the client stays subscribed and pays every month for 12 months. Commission stops when a client stops paying, and is reduced or reversed if a payment is refunded or disputed. Figures are in AUD and exclude GST.
From trial partner to full partner
Every partner starts on a trial. Here is how you get in, and how you move up.
Apply
Tell us about you and your business, then read and sign the partner agreement. A person at ETEC+ reviews every application.
Trial partner
Approved partners start here. You get your partner link, set up payouts with Stripe and start selling.
Full partner
You move up after 10 demos held within any 14 days, or as soon as you have your first paying client: a client who has paid for a plan. ETEC+ confirms the move.
How you get paid
- From cleared client payments
- Commission is paid from client payments that have cleared. If a client hasn't paid, there is nothing to pay commission on.
- Through Stripe, to your bank
- ETEC+ sends your commission to your Stripe account, and Stripe pays it into your Australian bank account each week.
- GST on top, if you are registered
- If you are registered for GST, ETEC+ adds 10% GST and issues a recipient-created tax invoice. If you aren't, no GST is added and you get a remittance advice.
- Refunds and disputes
- If a client payment is refunded or disputed, the commission and any bonus on it are reduced or reversed to match.
What you need to apply
- An Australian Business Number (ABN)
- An Australian bank account
- Photo ID, for Stripe's identity check
- To read and sign the partner agreement
Your bank details and ID go to Stripe, not to ETEC+, and only after your application is approved.

No. Partners are independent contractors who run their own business. You are paid by commission and bonuses only, with no wage, retainer or leave, and you look after your own tax, superannuation and insurance.
On every plan payment the client makes, for as long as they keep paying and your partner agreement is in force.
Once per client, after that client has paid the full setup fee. If the setup fee was waived or discounted, a bonus is paid only if ETEC+ decides to pay one.
The commission and any bonus on that payment are reduced or reversed to match. If it had already been paid to you, ETEC+ recovers it, usually from your later payments.
No. You need an ABN. If you are registered for GST, ETEC+ adds 10% GST to your payments and issues recipient-created tax invoices for them.
Every approved partner gets a link. When someone opens it, their browser remembers it for 90 days, and if they sign up to ETEC+ in that time the client is recorded as yours. The first partner link a visitor opens is the one that counts.
The agreement is not exclusive, so you are free to work with other businesses. You can't earn commission on your own business, or on an ETEC+ account you own or belong to.
